What is CRED?

CRED is an exclusive community for India’s most trustworthy and creditworthy individuals, where the members are rewarded for good financial behavior.  

CRED was born out of a need to bring back the focus on a long lost virtue, one of trust, the idea being to create a community centered around this virtue. A community that constantly strives to become more virtuous in this regard till they finally scale their behavior to create a utopia where being trustworthy is the norm and not the exception.

Here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join in the team:

What will you do:

  • Prospect, pitch & close partners for advertising deals on CRED
  • Drive the strategy for brand solutions & suite of advertising capabilities on CRED
  • Create & own deep strategic partnerships focused on long term viability.
  • Strategise on product features required to drive more value from a solutioning perspective
  • Work on strategy for brand partnerships for CRED.
  • Includes partnering & working with brands across industries
  • Creating engagement models that solve CRED's & a partner’s goal simultaneously, whilst always putting our members first.
  • Work on creating modules for advertising opportunities for different industries (CRED x FMCG, CRED x Apparel, CRED x Automotive etc.)
  • be a part of the team, solve key growth & marketing opportunities.
  • keep up with innovation in the partner ecosystem to unlock growth opportunities
  • manage multiple stakeholders across teams

You should apply if you are experienced with:

  • Digital Media Planning & Buying
  • Integrated Media Strategy
  • Adtech & attribution platforms
  • a marketer at heart & understand how to extract value partners are looking for
  • you are familiar with current digital avenues brands leverage for various goals, especially awareness, visibility & engagement
  • expert knowledge of the marketing and social media landscapes & the ad tech ecosystem
  • deep understanding of key categories/industries & their use cases of various advertising platforms
  • you are comfortable handling multiple stakeholders
  • you have ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • you thrive in high ownership and independent environment
  • you are comfortable with numbers & can think analytically
  • you hate taking no for an answer, but also know when it’s worth moving on
