We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Lead to join our awesome marketing team! As a Digital Marketing lead at BookMyShow, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.

Your Profile

  • Own and lead the complete digital marketing mandate for brand BookMyShow, across channels and platforms
  • Formulate overall digital marketing plan and budget as per the strategic business objectives, in accordance with the AOP
  • Manage planning (campaign structuring, targeting, networks, platforms) and buying for both large-scale and weekly tactical campaign execution across Display, Search, Video and Social
  • Monitor and evaluate search performance results across channels to improve rankings
  • Managing AdWords accounts in order to acquire traffic and transactions across Search and Display, while maintaining and optimising multiple keyword lists and queries
  • Work closely with technology teams to optimize content, identify SEO issues, and recommend fixes along with landing page optimization implementations
  • Daily monitoring and optimization of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, CTR, CPA, CPT, conversion rates, while benchmarking against LTV, CAC, etc
  • Continuously monitoring performance, key metrics and ROI against the business goals set across the funnel, to ensure constant optimization in click-throughs and conversion – at a campaign, platform / media and creative level Identify mobile tracking and measurement tools, for cross-platform attribution
  • Devise market specific plans to Drive traffic or installs, and increase conversions as per the user/sales funnel analysis
  • Interface with the internal Product and technology teams to ensure integrations across external digital media platforms
  • Work with the brand team to enhance efficiencies of creatives and campaigns and test out different content forms for optimization – while maintaining consistency in brand tonality
  • Solely manage agency, partner, network and vendor relations on behalf of the organization, and ensure optimal commercials
  • Constantly update themselves and the team on the latest trends and best practices within the digital and technology environment, across performance marketing and measurement
  • Continuous analysis of the platform, including on-page and off-page analysis, content analysis, keyword density and prominence – and recommend changes if needed
  • Your Checklist
  • Minimum experience of 8 years in digital media preferably within a consumer internet/e-commerce brand
  • Should have managed large scale campaigns & budgets – majority of which should have been performance spends
  • Must have proficient experience in executing SEM, Google display and re-marketing campaigns across tools / platforms
  • Must have prior SEO related Link building experience
  • Must have prior experience in setting up and running campaigns across various tools within the Google suite, Facebook, programmatic, and network buys
  • Thorough understanding, technical and operational know-how of web and mobile analytics tools
  • Familiar with A/B tests and spend scaling experiments for campaigns
  • Self-starter, should be able to perform in a highly dynamic environment
  • Sharp analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to build and successfully manage mid-size teams and demonstrate leadership
  • Proficient in AdWords, Google Analytics, re-marketing tools eg Criteo
